Just a very classy hotel with large rooms, great beds, nice view, and a WONDERFUL lobby where we spent a relaxing time. Probably one of the nicest hotels/staff we have experienced on our 10 day trip!

The lodge is in a great location, close to the ski hill and base facilities, making it convenient to stay at. The staff is friendly and helpful, suggesting dining options and providing good service. It is also near Huntley Lodge, adding to the convenience. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean, with maid service. The outside hot tub and smores by the fire are enjoyable amenities.
The walls are thin and noise can be heard from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The Staff tried hard in difficult circumstaces of power outages to meet the needs of the customer
I was very disatisfied with the inability to check out of the hotel when the power outages continued through the night. I am in sales and when a customer is unhappy with anything I have to offer, I make sure they are taken care of up to and including a refund on their purchase. My sales items are way more expensive then yours, up to 20k. I will never stay at your facility again.

My 1st impression was this is nice.
The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like someone was taking a shower that it woke me up. The sheets were nubby and made me itch. Breakfast was horrible. My 1st impressions were wrong.

Not much.
Outdated TV's . . . all tube-type. Suspect bed covers. Mildew on shower heads. "Warning ... Bear Danger" signs in parking lot with no direction to alternative parking slots. Really meager breakfast choices. Dirty hallway carpeting and filthy floor covers in elevator. Etc. This is no special place, just a generic Interstate-type motel in a Big Sky setting. Some attention to guests and/or accommodation details would go a long way to improving the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped they would be.

The location was perfect, being close to the mountain and having a private shuttle made it so convenient. We loved being able to see the trails from the property, it really added to the overall experience. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
The shuttle service was a bit disappointing. It didn't run throughout the day and the timings weren't flexible, which made it difficult for us to plan our day.

Convenient location for skiing, with reliable shuttle service. Enjoyable atmosphere with fun bartender at the on-site bar. Comfortable rooms with enough space for three people. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant view from the room.

In addition, the hotel received positive feedback for its breakfast options, with guests appreciating the variety and quality. The construction of the Lodge does not provide soundproofing, allowing voices and noise from neighboring rooms to travel.

The Lodge At Big Sky offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with breathtaking mountain views. The hotel amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, and fitness room are a great addition. The location is convenient for exploring Yellowstone, with transportation and tours arranged by the hotel. The town of Big Sky has a charming bohemian vibe with restaurants and a brewpub. The customer service provided by General Manager Shiva Patel and his team is exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience, even personally picking up a package for a guest. The parking space is plentiful.

We were delighted with our stay at The Lodge. The friendly staff and convenient shuttle service to the ski base were major highlights. The spacious double queen room had ample storage, a great view of Lone Peak, and a lovely patio. The ski storage at the entrance was a bonus. The staff was helpful and the reservation system for the hot tubs was convenient. The grab n' go breakfast and free parking were also appreciated. a fantastic experience!
